Sugarbelle Luxurious Matte Lip Cream Review

The waiting for Sugarbelle Cosmetics has come to an end. The product secara official dijual online on 1 September 2015. Actually Sugarbelle Cosmetics ada buat public launch in front of Bella Ammara & Sugarscarf Bangi on 22 August. They are selling for RM45 dari original price of RM49. Wanted to go there tapi tak berkesempatan, got wedding to attend. So I tunggu for their online release la and I managed to grab one Matte Lip Cream for me. Satu je sebab nak try dulu. Kalau elok, boleh beli lagi kann.. :)

I beli shade Ndue Ksises (purposely eja salah). I am a big fan of color ndue ni. I aimed for color natural sebab dah ada banyak color merah and pink. Susah nak cari natural color yang betol-betol sesuai dengan kulit kita. Sometimes the color agak pucat and sometimes too brown. Ada pernah beli lipstick from MAC, masa kat kaunter makeup the color look nice dan sesuai dengan I. So I beli la, but then bila apply kat rumah rasa not really match my skin. You know the price kan, takkan nak beli 2-3 shades yang lebih kurang in order to get the right tone. I remember pekerja MAC tu cakap memang susah to get the ndue color yang match our skin, if you manage to find one sila la beli!

Okay, back to Sugarbelle Cosmetics.. I got the feeling yang it worth to give a try for this brand. And yes, memang tak rugi beli! I got chance to apply this lip cream masa attend wedding my friend. I like the color very much. Nak kata too pale pon tak, too brown pon tak. Just nice! Yang penting it will make your face look alive. This Lip Cream texture is very creamy and moist. I think dengan one layer pon dah enough. At first nampak glossy but after a while jadi matte and look promising on your lips. The applicator dia pon bagus, senang untuk digunakan especially on the corner of my lips. Easy to move it around the curves and baunya pon wangi!

One more thing that I like bout this brand is they know how to attract the buyer attention by producing a luxurious look and feel for their brand. Look at their packaging, black box with gold line and wording. They know how to keep it simple and stay luxurious. So what are you waiting for? Go get them for yourself, your mum, your sisters or your friends!

Below : after 3 hours plus of wearing, the lip cream still there walaupon selepas makan and minum, tekap-tekap dengan tissue etc. The color masih bertahan. Fret not, it is easy to remove using the makeup remover.

Makeup Class with Leen Zakaria

Hola!

A week before my wedding I saw Leen Zakaria, the famous makeup artist posted on her instagram bout her makeup class. I wanted to join this session as I already missed the previous session due to work. (hmm.. hello? you are bout to get married and still have time to think bout makeup class??)

The class were held at The Strand Kota Damansara. There were 6 students, a model and of cos the teacher, Leen Zakaria herself. Please bring a note book and pen if you wanna join her class. Shes so generous with handful tips and tricks. 

I love her makeup. Simple, not too heavy and the most important thing is you can still see your face! I mean people know that is you. Not hantu kak limah! Hehe.

And this is the model of haunted house! Haha. I did the makeup by myself during the hands on session. 

The power of makeup. Haunted house model is now a Victoria Secret angel. Hahaha!

I love them all especially Bourjois. Guess what, that day itself I tried them out on my face. Both of the cream blush (04) and foundation stayed on for more than 6 hours. But the foundation is a lightweight texture, not enough to cover my dark scars. Anyhow it still work fine to provide an even tone for my face. 

I'm using No 53 Happy Light Foundation. Match my skin well! Thank you Kak Fatima & Nabilah for the advice. Oh yeah, Catrice Eyebrow Filler is so-so for me. I mean it still not enough to make my brow look thicker or in shape. But if you are in hurry, this will be a good companion.

Marc Jacobs Style Eye-Con No. 3 Eyeshadow

The story behind this purchase was so "tragic". My friend and I made a date to Jalan TAR to shop some stuffs. Shes getting engage this coming June so you know Jalan TAR is one of the must visit for engagement/wedding stuffs rite. Done with our thing at Jalan TAR, we decided to head home, plus the weather is bout to pour heavy rain that day. Very gloomy and dark for 4:30pm! We able to get inside the car when the rain finally poured down. So here came the challenging part! Haha.

Seriously it was a heavy rainfall and very windy plus the thunder and lightning. I was so scared to drive. I barely see the car around me. That time we were thinking bout the shortest way to get home and of course wanted to avoid the evening traffic or else we will stuck in traffic for hours. I was driving very slow while avoiding some the tree's branches on the road. Then I came to this one junction near Renaissance KL heading to KLCC. To go to KLCC (shortest way to go home) I need to turn left, so I took left and guess what.. Since I cant really see due to the weather, I almost driving through the high rise water at that corner. Suddenly I stopped my car and reversed! Luckily no car behind me. I reversed until the entrance of Renaissance! Only few meters but still it was a dangerous act. Plus I dont want more car queueing behind me and of course before they force me to go through by honking me. LOL! Oh, I saw a Toyota Camry (if I'm not mistaken) went through that road. That car passed! But I can see the water almost covering that car's tyre. My car is not Camry and yet far smaller than Camry so I guess I wont be able to make it.

Then we reach another junction in front of KLCC and I told my friend can we go to KLCC and wait until the rain stop before we continue our way home. She said Okay! After prayer we actually wanted to go for sight-seeing inside the Suria KLCC. I havent been to KLCC for almost or more than 4 years! But our mission failed at the moment we saw Sephora! Haha. We stuck there for hours! I guess around 3.5 hours? So I took this opportunity to check out Marc Jacob cosmetics. Hmm. I fell in love with Marc Jacobs Style Eye-Con No. 3 Eyeshadow. I bought one - "108 The Glam". I love the packaging! Plus the mirror kinda big and wide too. Who doesnt like that rite? :)

This is "The Glam". Most of my eyeshadows are brown, gold and cream. Natural colors. I dunno why I keep buying the same colors. Oh yeah, the sales person advised me to buy N@ked 1. She said it has more colors and more pigmented than Marc Jacobs. Hmm. Yeah, I like N@ked 1 but not this time I guess. I'm so itchy to get my hands on Marc Jacobs. Haha. :p

MAC VIVA GLAM Rihanna

Actual purpose I went to the mall was to shop for groceries. But then I passed by MAC store and I decided to enter. The salesman approached me and offered his assistance but I told him, "its ok, I just nak tengok-tengok je". Yeah rite! Btw, I like him as he did gave me space to view the products and gladly answer my question. Hihi. Some of the sales person more like insisting you to buy the products. Normally I will walked out from the store if I faced that kind of situation.

I was telling him that I missed the previous Rihanna red lipstick and wonder if there is any other new lipstick from Rihanna as I still can see her face all over the shop. We were talking near the payment counter then suddenly my eyes stop on one display near that counter. I told him "eh, this is Rihanna series too kan?" and he replied yes. He ask me to try it out. Then he added, "wear it with this lipglass, it will give a 3D effect on your lips". He helped me with the lipglass and that moment I fell in love with this collection! Seriously awesome!

This is me wearing only the lipstick (VIVA GLAM Rihanna, Frost A93). The texture is not too matte and not too shiny. Just nice. I can see the glitter thingy on the lipstick but when applied on lips its not that obvious.

Below is me wearing the lipstick + lipglass (VIVA GLAM Rihanna AA3). Check out that 3D effect. :)

 This lipglass also have that glitter thingy in red color. If wearing both kinda making too much statement, you can opt for only lipglass. Sorry I dont have picture for that, but the result still nice.

Armani Luminous Silk Foundation

Finally had chance to try on the Armani Luminous Silk Foundation. Thanks to Sis Fatima from Fatimahearts for sending me the sample. So kind of you! I can wait no longer so I tried it out on my hand. I was at the office that time. :)

Oh yeah, the color match my skin very well. So now, if I wanna buy ALSF I have to worry no more! No. 8 it is! 

I think nothing much I wanna share bout this foundation as it already proven by many blogger out there. What I can say is, I like this ALSF! Oh yeah, compared to the L'Oreal True Match Foundation, of cos ALSF is much better. My skin stay matte with ALSF but with L'Oreal TMF made my skin a bit oily. And I dont like the smell of L'Oreal TMF. Btw, both are light weight foundation compared to my MAC. Anyway, as long as it make my skin even and matte then I have no problem with the light weight foundation. :)

I used the the ALSF during my visit to Modvier. Love the result so much. And the lips is from Maybelline Baby Lips that I won earlier from Sis Fatima's blog contest. All the way from Netherlands!

Papa mithali! Haha. My cousin's husband took care of the kids while we were busy shopping. They were running here and there and trying to open the fitting room curtain. Oppsy!

Ni la jadi when my hands got itchy! Haha. Yes, online shopping. Gatal-gatal g browse here and there, then jumpa something new. Interested to try and yeah, below are the result. Haha! I purchased 4 items from iHerbs. Btw, if I'm not mistaken la kan.. I was browsing on Real Techniques makeup brush. I was about to place order with one of the IG shop selling pre-order items then I came across to this one blog (which I already forgot the link) on her post bout iHerbs. Interesting! Hehe. Then I compare the price and it seems iHerbs more cheaper!

Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder

I think I've found my true love! Let me introduce you to Laura Mercier Translucent Loose Setting Powder. The texture is very light and it has no color which mean it wont effect your foundation color. Therefore, the finishing is very natural! Love it. Check out below pics. :)

With only foundation (MAC NC42). Oh yeah, I'm in the mood of how-to-draw-eyebrow. Its been a week now and still experimenting. Forgive me for the ugly-looking-eyebrow. 

Now, no more Hantu Mak Limah. Haha. With Foundation (MAC NC42) + LMTLSP. My skin tone is even now and matte.

ELF & Revlon Lipsticks

To be honest, its been a while I stop buying cosmetics. First, due to my work which I dont need to put on makeup because I dont deal direct with customer like my previous job (Sales Advisor). Second is I work in shift, so wearing makeup at nite kinda too much I guess since the only thing I faced for 12 hours is my laptop. Haha. Same goes during the day shift. Most of my colleague are guys, and if I put on something such as eyeliner or noticeable lipstick color they will say sumthing like "ooo, makeup ehhh arini..". *_*

But now, I'm back being a makeup addict. Cannot tahan tengok my dearest Kak Fatima and her makeup collection. Everything look nice on her! Hehe. Okay, back to my recent purchase; elf Jumbo Gloss Stick (Sangria Starters) which I bought online. And another 2 Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm (225-Sultry Sulfureuse) and Lacquer Balm (125-Flirtatious Charmeuse) that I bought during my Bangkok trip last week.
